I have a pair of ie800 with mmcx mod that I have been using with Campfire audio smoky litz cables (one from Andromeda 2020). Both costs 100€ + each.
They sound great and are in excellent condition sonically. The tiny iems look nice without much wear as well. The original carry case with serial number and tips are available. I use final e tips (L) which fits the iems, can include that as well.
